Dragon Age Help *Spoilers*

Managed to do it now after much rage.

The first time round that Dragon really hacked me off.

Currently playing through Dragon Age: Ultimate edition and did the Dalish quest at around level 12 or 14, which made a huge difference. I absolutely steam rolled the whole thing (on hard). That dragon didn't know what hit it.


I ran the game with Alistair, Leliani, my Dalish warrior/archer and Morrigan (with no healing spells, for added role play and man points ). With enough potions even those awful Revenants become mere speed bumps towards the end. Felt good, man.

You're gonna hate this solution but

1) Set difficulty to easy
2) Defeat dragon
3) Whop it back up to 'normal' (or whatever)



Better than ditching the game because you can't get past a bit ..

I did the Dalish bit last, however stocking up on health poltices and the inevitable dropping difficulty is probably best solution, i had the same problem in the Dwarven area with a boss that for the life of me i couldnt beat at the low levels, dropped it down a bit for the battle and got through it ok..
Sometimes the difficulty curve just leaps and bounds in areas if you arent high enough level.
Tis a pain!
