Dragon age help

Hi i purchased DA on release and have since formated and installed win7
now it wont let me resume game as its asking me for the owner of the downloadable content to log in which I have?

what do I do to get in?
I have tried starting again ( don't really want to have to do this) but it says that the downloadable content is only available to the original account holder?>

I've had this message before, but simply carried on playing the game by not logging in. Next time I logged in it worked perfectly. However, I hadn't recently reinstalled.

You could try disable the Dragon Age content service (Start > Run > Services.msc > Double click it > Stop + Disable) and see what happens.

If all else fails contact them.
