Really want to start playing a new game, which one of the above would you say was better and why?

Thanks

Both very good, but very different games. DA:I is all about the epic, sweeping story and combat that's not sure whether it's an RPG or arcade. DD's combat on the other hand has a hint of Dark Souls/Shadow of the Colossus to it, with a story line that is fairly rough round the edges in comparison. DD's main USP is the pawn system which is definitely worth experiencing. Next to Shadow of Mordor's 'nemesis' system, one of the most innovative game-play features in the last decade!

In short play both, maybe starting with DD :)

Inquisition is actually far closer to Dogma than Origins, their combat is very similar, you even climb monsters in Inquisition (although it's animated executions not dynamic mid fight). It's honestly hard which one to recommend, Inq has a better story and characters, better graphics and more visceral/tactical combat, whereas Dogma has the more explorable and RPG-like world and more fantasy-esque fights and encounters.
