What do i need to drain the water loop, it has no way to drain it apart dfrom disconnecting from the gpu out and its a messy business, what do i need to buy?

I've put a Koolance Quick disconnect fitting at the bottom of my loop, when it's time to drain the loop I just use a bit of spare tubing & the other half of the QD connector

Just needs a QD male, QD female connector & a "T-piece"

There's no reason why a tap won't work though

Was thinking of buying one of these but realized , at the last minute ,that as I was fitting a new single rad in the bottom of the case it should be easy to drain out without fear of getting water on the board etc.:)

When I first installed w.c. I did not have the rad in the bottom and did not think of a drain - realized ,at time to empty, that this could be a problem  but got away with it .:)

Overall would not bother provided you can empty without fear of spilling on something important. - If you can why bother?

I have a t-piece and a ball valve at my lowest point.
and connect a tube when it's time to drain

Ditto to the above, i have it tucked down near the bottom of my case near the PSU with a plug in the end of the ball valve for safety's sake, i have a bit of spare tubing with a barb fitting on the end, remove the plug, screw in the tube and put it in a bucket and open the tap.

The i fill with distilled water run the system and empty again, repeat until its cleared out then i check the blocks with a torch for any problems, if there is a problem i take that block out of the loop dismantle, clean it and put it back.
