Drained loop - residual fluid???

Hi, as per my previous post regarding the problem with leaky pump - I believe I might have resolved that issue. However, after draining the loop (I had to cut tubing to remove res/pump) there is still a tiny amount of residual fluid (Mayhems paste blue) in the remainder of the loop. Will this be ok to sit for a few days until I can get re-supplied with tubing? Daft question, as I assume it will be ok since the same fluid will be going back in, but wondered what the view of the more experienced among you would be.

It'll be just fine sat there, it won't do anything.
