DRAM LED problem

So my computer currently doesn't boot up and this is down to the RAM I believe, when I switch it on I get a red DRAM LED on my Asus p8p67, the fans start up for a second and then the computer restarts and just sits there without booting into anything.

This computer worked fine for 8 months before I had it shipped to my new place where it since hasn't worked. I'm guessing this is one of a few problems:

1. Motherboard died/broke
2. Ram died/broke
3. Ram is not fitting properly anymore (I tried to replace it in the motherboard in case it was loose)

Does anyone have experience with a problem like this and what can I do to find out what is wrong?

Just reset the cmos, no luck.

Also tried with 1 stick, I can't pick which one to try easily though as I have a be quiet pro and have completely forgotten how to remove it, think I need to unscrew the mobo and then unscrew the be quiet from behind it, but not entirely sure. I just remember it required 2 people to do it.

Ill give it a try though, any other thoughts?

So I removed the heatsink and tested with the ram in all the slots, also tried it with some ram from work, no luck. Can only assume the motherboard broke, bought a new one.
