DRAM Timing error

I've been experiencing a few randon lockups recently and after the latest one I got the following error message is the bios when I rebooted.

DRAM Timing is too tightly so reload timing

I've run Memtest which found nothing so I'm kinda out of ideas. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

are you overclocked at all? have you used a64 tweak (i think thats what its called) and have you tried loosening up the timings?
