draw pc

hello everyone

basically my parents have a pc in there front room and my mother hates the pc case so i have an idea of mounting the componets in an unused draw underneath the tv. anybody have any views or advice, that would be gratefull.

What would be easier in my oppinion is to simply take the guts out of a little drawer unit (office type, or whatever suits your room) so you've got the top, sides and drawer fronts - and just stand that over the top of the pc case. Case gone, but you don't have to worry about managing airflow through a drawer... I imagine that to be difficult lol

Me too... Would like to adapt this idea as a Media Sever if I could get a decent airflow/set up.

Make it into an HTPC? I doubt she will appeciate hacking into a drawer to mount a pc with wires etc.
