I feel like a complete idiot. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to draw a coloured rectangle in photoshop. I just want a rectangle with a coloured outline and not filled. I just can't figure out how you do it. I can do a filled rectangle, and I can do a rectangle with a black outline. But I can't get a colour one. Someone help me please
