Draytek 2820 firewall rule creation

Hi

i want to create these firewall rules in a Draytek 2820 but I'm unsure where in the menu I do it:-

ALLOW TRAFFIC FROM ALL LAN IP'S TO PORT 53 - IP 208.67.222.222
ALLOW TRAFFIC FROM ALL LAN IP'S TO PORT 53 - IP 208.67.222.220
BLOCK ALL TRAFFIC FROM ALL LAN IP'S TO PORT 53

Basically I want to force all users to have to use the OpenDNS DNS servers.

Cant, off the top of my head remember how Drayteks do this. Would you not be better implementing group policy?

Either that or blocking ALL access to any DNS from anything but your DNS server which uses OpenDNS?
