I'm wondering how effective load balancing is on this dual-wan router?

If I had 2, 15GB cap accounts, would the router equally split traffic over both routes or would it favour one line over the other?

Would I still somehow be able to use my Tomato router to impose QoS over the connection(s)?

TIA

Just discovered the WRT54GL that I have has a MLPPP fork for the Tomato firmware so I don't need the Draytek afterall.

No, but you'll need an ISP that will do MLPPP bonding which afaik are very few and far between these days.

TBH if you want bonded xDSL go to AAISP as their system is very neat and works pretty well.

In answer to your original question - they are supposed to round-robbin the traffic though in practice I've found it frequently just loads up whatever line it feels like no matter how careful you are with the policy routing, qos setup and the like.

I'm aware I need a supporting ISP - Entanet offers this.
