I Have a Draytek (Vigor2955n) using 3 external IP addresses under the WAN IP alias on WAN1:

*Address 1 is tied to the broadband (virgin) connection
*Address 2 is tied to the CCTV software I use
*Address 3 is tied to the email flow for my exchange server

This is causing an issue, whereby web traffic (via 443, 80) is switching between addresses and causing problems - especially with things like internet banking.

So my question is, is there anyway to set-up load balancing and push all traffic using either ports 443 and 80 through only one of the addresses consistently? Any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks

Matt.

I might be wrong but I think load balancing applies to which WAN connection and not which IP address.

For example if you have a WAN1 and WAN2 connection, you can force certain protocol's to go through one of the WAN connections only. I use this on multi wan connection drayteks to push email out over one connection and web over both.

Yes thats right. The issue is that WAN1 has three IP addresses binded to it, and the connection jumps between the three. What I need to do is force web traffic to use only one of the ip addresses? I don't know if this is possible?

Managed to figure this out..

I had the 'Join NAT IP Pool' check boxes ticked for all three of my aliases. I simply unchecked the ones for the e-mail and CCTV IP addresses (which forced the web traffic over to the only remaining address), and then set-up address mapping (under NAT) to manully point the internal address for the CCTV and e-mail to the correct alias.
