Im sure it would be, have a look in their WiFi settings,

Name the SSIDs the same, keep the password the same, same security, and select a different channel for each router.
May have to do the same for the 5Ghz radio also.

Just bare in mind, I usually have to disconnect then reconnect (on my phone) to pick up the strongest access point, for me at least it doesn't do it automatically.
 
There isn't a AP setting as such. You'll need to manually disable DHCP and connect them to the network via a LAN port. Google 'router as access point' and you'll find plenty of guides covering the necessary steps.

If you want proper roaming with zero handoff you'll need different kit. If you don't want to spend too much the Unifi access points are worth a look, although the zero handoff firmware is still in beta at the moment.
