I have several sites down also

the response from the team there.

After a hard disk failure this morning, a software bug in our cloud platform failed to rebuild the storage array correctly and without impact on normal operations (as is usually expected in these cases).

We are in direct contact with the hardware and software vendors, and we're working to fix this issue asap. Services are being restored slowly over the next few hours, so please bear with us.

they are usually pretty good at getting thing fixed,... this must be a biggy
