I can't find their forums either.

I also detect some possibly underhand search-engine optimisation tactics here...the small print at the bottom of the page:

Well, I'm no expert but I have always been dubious about parting with money when I can find no phone number or address. The forum link does not work so one can make what they want from this....

Also, this is very worrying:

CPanel Issues - as Dream-Hosting.co.uk use cpanel software, the default install will be configured for automatic updates of CPanel related software. On occasion, one of these automatic updates could adversely effect all or part of the CPanel related software on you webspace.

cPanel can be configured to not do that.

Letting cPanel auto-update itself is like, well.....a bad idea
