I have my PC currently connected to one of the DVI ports on my Dell 2007. Can I connect my Dreamcast to the other DVI port using the VGA cable and a DVI adapter?

From the spec it suggests only one DVI port?

- One DVI-D Input w/HDCP Support
- One Analogue Input
- One S-Video Input
- One Composite Input

Or does analogue mean a normal VGA port? At work right now so can't check!

Ive just hooked mine up to my Hanns G 19in widescreen

looks incredible, dead or alive 2 just blew me away! the dreamcast truelly still is a fantastic console, if u have £10 kicking about, get on everyones favourite auction site and grab yourself one and some classic 2d beat em ups and daytona USA :D they go for pennies.

Still rather have a DC than a PS3

true, so true. A truely great console killed long before its time. Lok at F355 or shenmue compared to ps2 games of the same period. Absolutly kills them, if the were still making dc games now i bet they would look amazing

Agreed totally, unfortunatly as was with the way Saturn, hardly any of the decent games left Japan meaning the Euro consoles were starved of the later generation of games which is what really killed it off more than anything. Shame that Sega has just decided to stop making GD-Roms too :( meaning no more new jap games :(

Quick question.

I'm looking to get the VGA adapter for my Dreamcast and wondering which brand /model displays the best picture quality? or are they all same?

thanks

I'm in the same position with mine, playing via the RF at mo :( as I've only just bought a DC so its all new to me and great fun. I was way to into my PS when this cam out and never gave it a 2nd glance, I'm gonna catch up now.
