Hey, I'm cutting a few cable management holes in my case and need some help with how to do it. Its impossible to use a cutting blade because of angles so need something that will cut like a drill but much bigger, as this would take forever. Or something that could sand metal.
Its 1mm aluminium and I need a hole to fit a 24 pin power cable through so quiet big.

hole will go between fans at bottom

Drill as large a hole as you can, then use a reamer and small files to enlarge the hole to suit.

i find a hammer and large chisel works well,if it seems to be taking a while then use a bigger hammer.
