Dremel like tool?

So I want to finish the chieftec dragon mod that I started working on last year now that I've almost finished my exams.
Does anyone know if B+Q or the like sell their own dremel like tools (though cheaper versions

).

What kind of blades were they?

I was thinking of getting a set of these:

Ahhh k, I've already cut through it with a jigsaw, though it was really accurate

I was thinking of doing some cutting to make it more accurate.

Is that one of those hand tools like a big pair of sciccors for metal?
Thanks for the recommendation though I've cut the window out now, need something which can cut and smooth which is easy to use which is why I asked about the dremels.

That said I've found one for £25 delivered, and it's payday tommorow
