Hi guys,

Its mine and the gf's year anniversary soon and she has always gone on about how much she wants to go see Evita, so as a surprise I have booked us tickets for a Saturday in October, along with dinner and a nice hotel.

Now I haven't been to the theater since I was about 7, and that was to watch peter pan so yeah.

My gf keeps asking me what she should wear. I haven't told her the surprise yet but I want to give her some idea of the dress code so she doesn't feel under/over dressed.

My question is: What would you suggest as dress code for the theater?

Thanks ^^

Im not worried about me :D

Its more for her... I dont want to tell her what it is we're going to as I want it to be a surprise :)

Thats for the assist guys :)

Gonna get her to take a few options, then probably pick a nice dress that will be easy to take off at the end of the night ;)

Skidder, the girlfriend knows when we got together, its an important date for her, therefore its an important date for me, gotta keep the lady happy :)

You can have an anniversary of anything. The first time you touched a girls fanjita, your first watching of die hard. I did not say it was a wedding anniversary.

How is that in any way "American"? gtfo plz

Sorry Skidder, but that was not a humorous tone, maybe try to accent it a bit harder with some sort of emote? This is a forum after all, I cant hear you :P

Apologies for the "gtfo" but the last thing I would want to be compared to is an American (no offence to any yanks out there)

Were not exactly that young, I'm 25 and shes 21.

Personally, I don't really feel the need to celebrate it, but she seems to like it and I want to make her happy.

Thanks for the input.

Yeah well I figure Ill just get her to take a few options with her and she can decide when she gets to the hotel :)

Cheers guys

Because I know how to spell, but went through and corrected the spelling "errors" that shown up with an underlined red.

Must be set to us dictionary, stupid web browser :(

I wouldn't of even posted it on here, but its nice to have something to talk about to while away the hours at work ^^
