is this dodgy or some form of scam? noticed it in the tools on cpu-z. anyone used it?

Never been a fan of these driver 'tools' get quite a few in when the newest one releases that's 'updated' their drivers and then welcomed with a BSOD.

Stick to manually updating your drivers.

If Windows doesn't keep it updated I'll do it manually or check notes before updating (especially display drivers). These tools were handy years ago but now they're simply another layer of complexity that's not needed.

I get all my driver updates from the manufacturers website and then save them to a USB stick in case they are ever needed after a format or something.

always re download GPU drivers as they can change a lot in a short space of time
