well launched driver cleaner pro to clean nvidia drivers it is cleaning them for 30 min wtf? checked still responding. used to take few second when deleting ati drivers
 
I found it cleaned the crap but didn't ackowledge that it had finished os i ended it my self.

There's another program as well Driversweeper.

Give that a try.
