Driver Cleaner not free?

Sorry if I'm unbelievably late, but just went to download it and can't find the free one anymore. Was 1.5 the last freeware version? Is this still the tool of choice for updating/removing drivers? Ta.

I bought the .NET one for Vista, is supposed to work "better" (it certainly cleaned out my ATI drivers nicely first time)
