Or how about something not released in 2006, lol.
Guru3D Driver Sweeper took over where DriverCleaner from Driverheaven left off.
I use it on Vista no issues at all.

Another vote for DriverSweeper, i switched to that here to, does a proper clean as well unlike DriverCleaner, as that leaves stuff behind, also you don't need to go into safe-mode with it either, can just Add/Remove the drivers, reboot normally, run DriverSweeper, then install latest drivers straight after, no good if you have a Nvidia chipset though, as it removes your LAN driver as well, but there a newer version coming which will have that LAN driver removal error fixed.
