driver failure :(

IDIRECT3DDEVICE:: present failed:device lost(d3derr_devicelost)

any idea what this is guys?it happens when i overclock my gpu,its started to happen at lower clocked levels now...any help very much appreciated as its doing my nut inBTW im using vista 32bit.thanks.

Try re-installing all GPU drivers, along with DirectX.
