Hi :)

Just need to work out what order to install my drivers in. I have had problems yesterday with windows Explorer crashes and such, so I reinstalled windows. I think it's an app centre (gigabyte) to nvidia conflict, so how would I go about installing drivers? I've done the main ones on the gigabyte disc such as the network and usb drivers, but what next? The nvidia, or app centre? Last time I did app centre first. Any hello is appreciated :)

Right, installed Windows, updates, and the basic drivers from the gigabyte disc, now the nvidia ones have done. It seems pretty stable, so should I wait a few days to install the App Centre?

Hmm okay - well my system is up and running (again...) and haven't had many problems, apart from (here we go again :/ ) a couple of times when the SSD booted, it ran a disk check. No idea why, anyone can think of an idea why? Also, I'm scared about putting the secondary monitor into the integrated gpu like last time incase it borks up again.

Hmm, okay thanks. Do you guys think it's safe to run my second screen on the integrated now?

Decided against doing that, but having other problems with the Nvidia card/drivers. I installed the newest drivers, and was playing DayZ. The screen went all stuttery and updated a few frames, then got stuck, then updates some more, got stuck. I then quit the game with difficulty and the problem was still there. Then the nvidia drivers "crashed and have succesfully recovered." Ran an MSI stress test, same error, apart from the drivers didn't crash. Restarted the computer and all is back to normal. Any help?! Is the GPU faulty?!

I think that automatic nvidia drivers install is an update which I haven't installed, so I got them manually. However I am getting that freezing problem which I just can't live with, so has anyone got a fix/anyone else got this problem and will I need to RMA or something? D:
