Driver IRQL Not Less than Equal

Problem: over the last few weeks and even after reformatting and installing XP with drivers that came with the motherboard and graphics card and soundcard and have caused no problems until about three weeks ago, I keep getting Driver IRQL Not Less Than Equal and a Stop error.
STOP 0X000000D1 0X0000000000000000, 0X0000000000000002, 0X0000000000000008, 0X0000000000000000

Have not changed an hardware, have not changed any drivers and same software as when there were no blue screens.
It is like it happens after the pc has been on from early morning to around early evening and when the heating is on.
Ram was Crucial Ballistix 2GB kit(PC2 6400)
PC is overclocked from 2.6 GHz to 2.8
Have swapped back to GeiL 2GB kit to see what happens.
Any ideas?
