Driver not responding error. How i've fixed it...

Hi,

Been getting this error lately with the 178.24s. I can stop it from happening by turning off the sidebar in vista and I also have to quit live messenger as if I get a message during some games, the game will crash with the driver stopped responding error. Are theese drivers know to cause the error and what driver version should I be using?
