Driver on the PS3

I couldn't help but notice that Driver is listed on the PS3 online games store at a very low price. Anyone know if this is the new one, or an older version?

I played that game faaaaaaaaar too much, also remember being quite excited about the 2nd one because it had roads with rounded corners instead of the grid style that was in the first one
