Driver problem or game? BF Hardline

I thought i'd have a couple of games of Hardline as I have barely played it and i went on and this happened. I recorded it so you can see.

Has anyone else experienced it? Do you think it's driver or game? Didn't really know where to post it

Not seen that before! try different USB port for mouse? You also dont have a controller connected do you?

I've tried different ports, two different mice, a controller. Nothing is connected apart from my mouse and keyboard. It's very odd, does the same thing in SP.

A Razer Deathadder and the second one from Cooler Master Storm pack thing. Both do the same thing

Edit:

Just loaded up BF4 and that's doing exactly the same thing.. I'm guessing something on my PC now..

And again:

I had my HOTAS plugged in, what a muppet!! I totally forgot about it, and it was sitting on my desk as i've just turned off Elite!

Ok I thought it may have been a logitech as its software has a habit of doing something like that because of the mouse surface tuning software.
