Driver question

Hi guys, should I remove all ATi drivers even if going from one Ati card to another? Just asking because they will obviously use the same driver set.

Going from 5450 to 6850?

I always uninstalled and then reinstalled the drivers when changing cards, even though they are same manufacturer.

Thanks guys. I ended up just doing it.

Does anyone know if i need to do anything to activate my Asus warranty? Or do I just keep my reciept for any future issues where i need to claim on the warranty?

It's still just a touch extra work to do it and it's worthwhile, but driver hell isn't what it used to be, thankfully.

I don't recall anything about having to activate Asus warranties on my stuff, and I'm usually pretty careful about doing it, if it's required.
