Hey, i have a 7950 atm, however im about to order a 290 tri-x, what im wondering do i just plug in the new card and turn the pc on without messing with drivers because im already AMD? or should i driver sweep first? also my msi afterburner has an overclock and voltage change on my 7950, should i reset all that incase it conflicts or something? thanks

Plug in your new card remove the old 7950 drivers install new 290 drivers or remove them before you plug your new card in doesnt matter iirc
 
Display Driver Uninstaller has a neat feature you may want to use (the 3rd option here).

I would uninstall MSI AB altogether and reinstall if I were you.
