Driver removal question - Nvidia to ATi

Decided to get rid of my 8800GT and try an ATi 4870 - just wondered what I need to do to uninstall the Nvidia driver before installing the ATi driver?

Do I need to install a driver cleaner to remove it, or can I just uninstall it?

Uninstall them via control panel, then use this

Just use DC in safe mode to remove nvidia drivers & install the ATI drivers
