Driver sweeper or 13.3 problem?

Well after uninstalling latest official catalyst driver and using driver sweeper then installing 13.3 beta i cant open CCC. I get an error about cannot load 'CLI.Implementation or one of its dependencies.. have tried google and that just throws up about .net framework which i know nothing about! Any can help? Need to get into CCC to add +20 power thing again!

Net framework problem. What version of windows are you using? Sounds like you need either net framework 4.0 or 4.5. Try 4.0 first.

Win 7 64bit. Did some more crazy google searches and had to follow a lot of steps to uninstall then reinstall the network up to .4. Got it working again though and have access to CCC with 13.3 drivers. All this cause of bloody bioshock infinate! (has given about 40fps increase though!) If anyone needs can PM for links to fix .net stuff now ive found it all!! . Thx for looking though LtMatt.
