Drivers for my 6870

Ill have to uninstall my Nvidia drivers via the control panel and delete any left over folders manually from drive C.

What is the best thing to download form the ATI site to get the card running?
I see i can just download the 'Display Driver 11.8' or i can download lots of packages. I just want it up and running with minium fuss.
Is just downloading the 11.8 driver on its own enough?

Hi, I would use Driver Sweeper (http://www.guru3d.com/category/driversweeper/) to remove your nVidia drivers properly.

I also run a 6870, for a clean and simple install I use the following package:
