Should be fine but I would suggest doing a clean install from usb and not the windows 10 reset so as to have the ability to preinstall the AMD SATA AHCI Driver which has to be done prior to the install, you can do this on the screen where you usually format and choose the hdd for the install, bottom left side if memory serves me correct.After that windows 10 should find everything else or use it's own generic drivers.
It's also probably a good idea to have the Realtek LAN Driver on a ubs stick as I have had friends on several gigabyte boards have no internet while performing a clean install..
