Drivers for Windows 7 Needed??

Hi Guys,
I have recently installed Windows 7 Ultimate and i ran Windows Experience Index and everything else is fine apart from my Gaming Graphics and Desktop Performance for Windows Aero are both at 1 now i think this is a driver problem or has anyone got any other suggestions?

of course you need gpu drivers

can you link me to them because the ones i have downloaded dont seem to do anything?
I have a 8600m GT
When i run the drivers i have i get the message, the nvidia setup program could not locate any drivers that are compatible with your current hardware

Laptops gpu's are often custom modified by the manufcaturer and therefore require special drivers.

Is the latest win7 32 bit drivers - that support the 8600m - for laptops.
