Drivers issue

Guys, i updated my ATI4870 drivers 20mins ago to the most up to date ones on the ati website. However, since doing so, my fps in COD has dropped dramatically in places.

I want to use Drivercleaner Pro or something but cant seem to get hold of it without having to pay...........

First im going to uninstall the drivers and then run a cleaner to get rid of all the other stuff usually left over.

So, can anyone please tell me where to get a good version of the afformentioned software please... struggling here.

can i ask, why should you NOT use cleaner software?
