Drivers won't install properly

When i try to install any drivers for my 4850 it says all components are up to date when they clearly arn't???????? What do i do ?

I had a very similar prob with me two 4850 cards. You could try what I did which was uninstal ALL related ati driver files, instal the ones from the disc, then update those to the latest downloaded ones. Bit of a pain but it worked for me.
