Drives not opening on double click

Hi all,

Bit of a longshot but was wondering if anyone knew of a solution for this;

Drives and folders do not automatically open in 'My Computer' by a double click. I am having to right click and goto 'explore',

Nothing major i know but anyone know of a fix as it has been like it for ages?
I've done all the usual reg scan etc.

Has the double click speed in the mouse properties been set to minimum? You'd need to double click pretty damn quick on that setting.
