Ive been having a mare with windows 11 trying to share folders and files on my pc to an Samsung pad. But now ive noticed that in map network drive when you select the drive letter to map none of my drives are in there to be able to select. Can anyone help?

First time ive needed it on windows 11,so answer to that is i dont know. Im suspecting some update or other has borked it.

Most likely not with the little amount of information you've given.
Nothing more than that really im afraid. Im no network whizz but in the past ive managed to setup wireless networks via mapping a drive and sharing the files over the network to other devices. So as far as i can see ive tried all i know to achieve this. Ive chosen files on the drives to share and added users, im using private network with file sharing enabled, checked firewall isnt blocking and tried to connect to my samsung s6 lite it can see the PC but when i put in my credentials it says cant connect. So i went into map network drive and noticed none of my drives are avaiable in there, in this case drive E: wich has my comic collection on there. So i cant map it if its not there. Hell im not even sure it would work anyway because my idea was to somehow access my comic file using a comic reader Comicat or Cddisplay ex instead of using the sd card. But using filemanager on the pad or other apps it just cant access the PC. I hope some of that made sense. Im going to see if one of my other PCs can but if not i think i'll just give up.

Yes can confirm sharing files via pc to pc is working fine. I still dont know why i cant see my drives to map but seems dont matter, and i guess trying to acess via my samsung pad just isnt worth the hassle.
