Driving After Drinking

My brother said he would take me to IKEA yesterday, but we went out to party last night and he's told me that he can't drink for so many hours after driving and he thinks it is 16 but, me, I don't drive so I don't have a clue.

Anyone care to enlighten us? :)

I am clearly hung-over, so I won't be fit to drive if I can't form a sentence. :)

What I meant wasss, how long does he have to wait after consuming alcohol, before he can drive. Of course. But m'eh, you knew what I meant. :p

Well, he was out at 11pm last night and we left at 2am, and it's now 1pm in the afternoon. He's not a heavy drinker at all so I'd say it's safe to assume the best. :)
