How many did you do before taking your test and passing?

Will be starting mine shortly, just going to go out with my mate a few more times in his car first.
 
i Had 10 lessons and passed first go. But i did ride a scooter around for a year before hand, plus i drove my parents every where they wanted to get practice in.
 
I'm thinking of possibly booking say two lessons a week instead of one in an attempt to do it quicker?

Anyone got any comments/advice about this or?
 
I had more than one lesson a week, and not at the same time/same day. Gave me a chance to experience more traffic and weather conditions too. I'd recommend it.
 
15 hrs including the 2hrs on the test day, passed first time, 2 minors.

Did 4 lessons in 5 days, which helped a LOT! But definitely as regularly as possible :)
 
It has been a while, however as far as I remember I went roughly:

15 1hr lessons - 1 per week.
No between lesson practice.
Passed First Time with 5 minors.
 
22 1hour lessons, once a week apart from when instructor was on holiday

about 5-10 hours private practise with mum in my own car

passed first time with 8 minors.
 
Was on an off over a year, drove all conditions. must have been about 25 lessons, first time with 7 minors. I definatly had more confidence then freinds for so many lessons.
