Driving my diesel to keep the DPF from imploding?

My work have had 8 brand new Nissan Navara’s delivered and I think 4 out of the 8 have been back to Nissan with DPF/EGR/Emissions related issues.

Some of them get a longer journey to and from work than others but for most of the day they are out driving to different areas of the city.

Was pleasantly surprised to see mine measured right at the middle of the expected emissions/smoke ranges for the tests on the MOT.
