I was just de-junking my paperwork. Do you still have yours? Or have you thrown it away now you have the full licence?

Apply for replacement licence.

I'm sorry, our records show you never passed your theory test, retake it.

I'm keeping mine, and the copy of my practical test pass certificate.

This. I have all my driving certificates including the DSA paperwork stating the time and date of my test and the paperwork from the day.

I've kept mine, and my practical certificate too. I was so pleased to finally get it done I wanted to keep it.

Still have both certificates, and the practical report. Like hell am I getting my entitlements lost in the ether if I ever have to send it off!
