I am having problems getting sky by broadband to work, every time I launch it it comes back with a problem and links me to this site here
I follow all the steps until I try to find the DRM folder, it just isn't where it is supposed to be (in drive:\Documents and Settings\All Users\DRM )
I have searched for the folder and nothing turns up but the strange thing is, if I try and create a folder in the above location and call it DRM I get an error message saying I cant call the folder that as a file with the name you specified already exists. I have the dolder options set so that all hidden files are showing but It just does not appear
Any ideas?
