anyone can just throw together list of expensive part, but the msi gd80? Really? if going for as expensive as you can find you want the asus maximus iv extreme-z or gigabyte g1 sniper 2(or in my case my asrock extreme7 which will end up costing me about the same price as those 2 mentioned due to ocuks 'helpful' rma)

Problems with your build:

Only one GPU?
What about Corsair Dominator GTs?
You can get better mobos
Get a Crucial M4
Asus STX is better than any rubbish Creative puts out
Green HDD?
Get a better case
Why not properly watercool the system?
What's the point of the USB3 card?
Finally, why not wait for X79? It's more extreme!

Tbh CreateNPlay, I'd just give these guys a budget of what you can currently spend on a new PC and let them help you choose the parts.

I won't be buying a new rig though until Ivybridge and the 7 series ATi cards come out.
