Drop down menus

Hi,

As I'm slowly giving up on my other problem, I'm going to leave all the content visible on the page but need to fix two small layout problems. I have uploaded the site here. Now, the menu us fine in firefox but the position of the lower div isn't. If you look in IE, the position of the div is fine but the menu is broken. I think it's something to do with me needing z-indexes but I'm not sure so would appreciate someone having a look for me.

Thanks for the reply. I already have the toolbar- I just didn't know that it could do that

Removing the padding has kind of fixed it but there's still a gap for some reason :confused:

Any ideas?

Yeah I know, I'm trying to sort it at the moment- can't understand it though
