My parents are off on holiday for the week tomorrow, and as I'm not so well with a chest infection I'm being shipped off to the grandparents. Since my parents arent happy leaving my PC on when they are away (it might blow up apparently  ) my output is going to drop to 0 for a week or so unfortunatley.
Its just before I get my 100k tiffy aswell :( . Oh well, something to look forward to when they get back!

Will still be online on the forums hopefully, although my grandad's dial-up connection on his old P3 600Mhz may be somewhat irritating to use!

Try and get everything you could possibly need on a PC onto a USB stick or DVD. I was forced to use Dial up for a day when helping someone set up their PC. The smallest utilities took an age to get hold of!

We take Broadband so much for granted these days lol.

Will do Sirius lol, I cant possibly think what 56k is going to be like for a week  .

My Grandad's PC isnt folding is that it is never on so it wouldnt make any difference!

you could take your baseunit with you - the old 'I've got work to do' excuse and just hook it upto their monitor. Minimal disruption maximum folding :D

Your spec don't look like a noisey beast (don't know what you have cooling that e6600) but you might want to rethink the Oc - grandparents are usually hyper critical to noise (that or partially deaf) but you got to love em :D .

I tried that but My mum has come up with the excuse that I can just take her laptop and as such is refusing to let me move my base unit  .
Nevertheless I might try and get her laptop folding to push me through 100k, since I'm gonna be on about 99k when i leave!

Im back :).

After a week or so of no output at all I'm now back with my SMP client running, currently testing whether my PPD is better from 2xSMP or 1xSMP and 1xGPU clients running at the same time. Hopefully should be 1500+ PPD from now on whatever happens though :).
