Dropbox Syncing Issues

Dropbox is really starting to bug me. I have installed on my work PC, home PC, tablet, work laptop and my phone. Over the last week whenever I upload a file it doesn't sync across the other devices. What makes it worse is on the Windows computers; the icon and folder appear in Windows Explorer and I can view/interact with the files. However for it to sync I have to download and install Dropbox again :confused: - the icon that usually presides in the bottom right of the taskbar disappears - only installing again will make it come back and then sync.

Any ideas?
 
Done it again, restarted my computer several times since the last time. It does it at completely random times.
