Hi Folks

I'm currently browsing for a drysuit, not dived the UK yet and will need to do the drysuit course. Does anyone have pointers on what i should be looking for excluding the obviously personal thing like fit and look.

The one thats taking my fancy at the moment is Scubapro Everdry 4 so be really interested if anyone has one and opinions on it :)

Cheers
Simon

Membrane wins hands down over neoprene.

You don't feel like you're putting on a wetsuit.
You can simply don it over your everyday clothes.
It's easier to put on and take off.
No issues with it's varying buoyancy characteristics (compressed neoprene being less buoyant the deeper you go)
No issues with it's varying thermal properties for the same reason as above.
You can wear a lot less lead

If I was to buy another, it would be an Otter.

Here, read this for a tongue somewhat in cheek overview.
